LIBRARY MEDIA CENTER POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
HOURS OF OPERATION
Our Library Media Center welcomes you from 8:50 A.M. to 3:50 P.M., providing a full day of access to a world of resources and opportunities! Students are encouraged to drop in anytime during these hours with a pass, especially if they have an assignment from their teacher. Our open library concept means that students have the freedom to explore the Media Center throughout the day, making it easy to dive into research, find that perfect book, or get some quiet study time.
Teachers, if you’re bringing more than four students, we ask that you accompany them to ensure they get the most out of their visit. Planning to bring your entire class? Just give our media specialist a heads-up so we can make sure everything is set up for a seamless, productive session. We’re here to support your learning experience and make every visit to the Library Media Center a great one!
RULES FOR VISITING THE MEDIA CENTER
Students are welcome to visit the Library Media Center in the morning or during lunch, as long as they have a signed pass. Each pass should include the student’s first and last name, the teacher’s signature, and the purpose of the visit. Whether you’re coming in for some quiet reading, research, or just to explore, we’re here to help make your time in the Media Center productive and enjoyable.
If you’re working on a group project, up to four students can come together without a teacher, as long as each of you has a signed pass. We’re excited to support your collaborative efforts and provide the perfect environment for group study.
